 1. Once subscribed, a HERO mentor will contact you to understand your career interests.

2. You will be asked to email a copy of your CV. A mentor will review it and suggest any initial changes. 

3. Your mentor will match your career interests with job vacancies and tailor your CV to each opportunity.

4. A phone call will be arranged so your mentor can provide helpful advice to ensure interview success.

5. Your mentor will provide ongoing support to help you stand out amongst your colleagues.
